A one-off BBC programme called BETTER LATE…, which was shown on 24/02/1967, was recorded at this venue. It was hosted by Bill Maynard and featured Al French, Ron Viggers, Johnny Patrick and his Quartet, Johnny Hayward, Samantha Leigh, The Ian Campbell Folk Group and The Graham Dalley Music Band.
